  • How do I get help if I have a problem with my Chromebook?

    Please use the following contacts for issues regarding your Chromebook:

    • Elementary School: students should inform their classroom teacher if their Chromebook is malfunctioning or damaged.

    • Middle School: If you are a student at the Middle School, please see staff members in Room C2-18.

    • High School: If you are a student at the High School, please visit the technology support office located inside of the Student Study Center.

  • What is the Parent Portal?

    •  Parent Portal allows parents/guardians the opportunity to review student records including grades and attendance. 
    • To log into the parent portal, please access the following link  parentportal@commack.k12.ny.us

    How can I obtain assistance with accessing my account? 

    • In the event that you cannot access the Parent Portal, please email parentportal@commack.k12.ny.us. In your email, please include your child’s name, school and the presenting issue/ concern.

    How do I get an alternate bus pass for my child?

    How do I find late bus information?

    • At CHS:  Late bus routes are posted in the Main Lobby and depart from CHS at 3:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.  There are 4 different bus routes (AA, BB, CC, and DD).  For any other questions, please call  the Transportation Office at 631-912-2020 
    • At CMS: Late buses will depart from CMS at 3:40 p.m. and 5:10 p.m. daily.   There are 4 different late bus routes (routes A, B, C, and D) via the following link 
    • The schedule is posted: 
      • At the “bubble,” outside of the Main Office
      • Counseling Center 
      • House Offices (C-House, D-House, and E-House) 
      • Posted in the Main Lobby o Posted between the D-House and E-House (where students enter and exit the building daily) 
      • Posted on the bulletin board across from the main gymnasium
