Students in Sandra Braun’s CHS entrepreneurship classes recently practiced their communications skills by writing business letters to companies.

The students requested information on their chosen companies … and asked at the end of their letters for free samples, if the companies wanted to oblige.

So many companies graciously responded, including Titleist, BMW Huntington and Locals Only LI.

Bryan Beasley, owner/operator of Chick-fil-A’s Smithtown and Commack locations, raised the bar even higher.

Not only did Beasley and his team hand deliver 55 sandwiches for Braun’s students, he also spent the conclusion of Tuesday’s school day speaking in person with the classes about entrepreneurship and running a business.
