LIBRARIES

The library program in each of our buildings is more than just a room full of books—it's a vibrant hub of learning and exploration for your child. Our mission is simple: to help your child develop a lifelong love for reading and learning, while also honing important skills like critical thinking and research.

Each of our libraries offers access to a wide range of books and resources to spark your child's curiosity and imagination. In our secondary buildings, we provide opportunities for your child to develop essential skills like critical thinking, research, and information literacy as well as opportunities to apply their digital literacy skills. In our elementary buildings, we provide fun activities and events designed to make learning exciting and engaging as well as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) opportunities that integrate creativity and problem-solving into learning experiences.

In our Commack School Libraries, we're dedicated to helping your child thrive academically and personally. Together, let's inspire a love for reading, learning, and creativity that will last a lifetime! Feel free to explore your child’s school library page below.
