Dr. Cox Welcomes Back Staff

Six days ahead of the first day of school, superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox welcomed staff back on Wednesday morning.
“This is a special place,” Dr. Cox told the staff, which assembled at CMS for opening remarks before heading to their individual schools.
Dr. Cox presented each staff member with a key ring — a metaphor to remind the staff that they serve as key figures in unlocking their students’ potentials.
“We will unlock extraordinary opportunities for our students,” he said.
Board of Education president Gus Hueber and CTA president Joseph Bisulca also welcomed the staff back with uplifting messages.
