Long Island Arts Alliance Recognizes CHS Senior for Theatrical Talent

Julia G. enters her senior year at CHS in the spotlight.
Julia has been selected for an award of merit by the Long Island Arts Alliance for her theatrical talent.
Students are nominated by their schools in five disciplines: visual arts, music, theater, dance and media arts.
Each year, 20 students are selected as Scholar-Artists and are featured monthly in Newsday. An additional 20 students receive awards of merit and also are recognized at a year-end celebration.
Julia was recognized in May with a Hunting-Tony Award from the Town of Huntington as best lead actress for her performance in Pippin.
