We’re back!

Commack Schools welcomed back students on Tuesday morning for the first day of school.

There was no shortage of smiles as students spotted friends and teachers.

Among the special welcomes: At CHS, a jazz band greeted students in the main lobby. And at Wood Park, PTA members greeted the primary students wearing inflatable costumes.

Superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox and other administrators also were on hand to greet students throughout the district.
