President Toni Newman joined fellow PTA Council members and district administrators to surprise curriculum associate Jennifer Santorello with the news on Thursday that she has been selected to receive this year's Founders Day Award for Advocacy in Action.

Dr. Santorello is joined by board trustee Dana Schultz and Newman in being honored with Founders Day Awards.

Schultz has been recognized with Honorary Life Membership, while Newman is being recognized with the Distinguished Service Award.
