Commack High School hosts inaugural Work Force Evening
Commack High School hosted its first Work Force Evening on Monday evening, offering students and their families a chance to explore alternative career pathways after graduation.
Hosted by the School of Vocational and Technical Studies in the school cafeteria, the event connected sophomores, juniors and seniors with representatives from a wide variety of industries. Attendees met with local trade unions, county and town organizations, law enforcement agencies, branches of the armed forces and technical trade schools to gather information and guidance about entering the workforce.
