Dancing Through Hispanic Heritage Month

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, students in Ms. DeMartis’ Spanish Level 2 class brought their cultural studies to life through dance. Following lessons on the origins and significance of the celebration, students took to the floor to learn the fundamental rhythms and steps of the merengue, cha-cha, and salsa. The hands-on activity offered students a vibrant, engaging way to connect language learning with rich cultural traditions.
