Congrats to our CHS state award winners in the PTA Reflections contest: Jacob F., Alessandra D. and Lily B.

The theme for all submissions was "accepting imperfection."

Jacob won in the photography category for an image that included his father, while Alessandra won in the music composition category for a piano piece, and Lily won in the literature category for a poem.

Jacob and Lily, who won awards of excellence, will move on to the national competition. Alessandra was bestowed an award of merit.

Burr also had several state winners in the contest: Solina V. and Celina Y. in dance choreography, Leo S. and Ryan S. in literature, and Hannah G. in visual arts.
